MARKETING MANAGER 
(Full time | Antwerp)

What you’ll do

  • Lead marketing strategy across multiple projects.

  • Translate purpose into concrete campaigns and content plans.

  • Manage and guide a small creative team (marketeers + designer).

  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and reporting.

  • Act as the link between client needs and creative execution.

 

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing management.

  • Strong understanding of both digital and offline campaigns.

  • Excellent communication & leadership skills.

  • Creative mindset with strategic vision.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).

  • Hands-on experience with Mailchimp.

  • Bonus: knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Canva, Figma and Wix/Shopify.

  • 0–3 years of experience in a marketing role.

  • Strong digital marketing & social media knowledge.

  • Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.

  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
